After a little cleaning you should see better texture and color reflections through which the ray of sunlight reveal all its magic, there is no bad taste in nature ... It is very hard to find beautiful stones on the ground however, some time in Minas Gerais, children playing in streams could be collected as well as beautiful Imperial Topaz Quartz and even Emeralds! At the top right of the picture, you have an example of a stone found rarely seen in this way and yet it is an Emerald! |

The semi-precious polished stones.
To enjoy even more colors and textures of the stones, just a little polishing to bring up further its veins, reflections, nuances that make your charm and giving us will save them !
Polishing is the simplest treatment and it can be as natural stones that are found in riverbeds but today this process is more mechanic.
The cut stones are even more valued, can be found in various forms, the most common are the balls, drops, oval but also the square pyramids. The oldest and polished cabochons, use it all the thousands of centuries. Sizes faceted concern called precious stones. |

Imperial Topaz Quartz
Imperial Topaz is the favorite stone of Mariantonia.
Only found in Brazil. The orange and peach color is unique... a very difficult gem to work for very ridged and brittle. You will find little Imperial Topaz faceted in the raw state, it can adorn a jewelry as it can simply be suspended from a chain because it is very naturally beautiful ! |
